Sonia's Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning in Newton, Framingham and nearby towns in Massachusetts. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our estimate form, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, we ask for:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The address of the home or office to be cleaned
• Details about the property, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, size, how often you want cleaning and when it was last professionally cleaned
• The best time to reach you
• Whether you agree to receive text messages from us

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to your request, prepare your estimate, schedule and provide your cleanings, and send you messages about them. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our estimate form, we may send you text messages about your request and your cleanings, such as confirmations, reminders and arrival updates. We send marketing messages only if you also check the box to receive them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. For help, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and keep our business records, and then delete it.
