About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or request or book cleaning services from Sonia's Cleaning Services ("we", "us"). By requesting an estimate or booking a cleaning, you agree to them.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and without obligation. Regular house cleaning and Airbnb turnovers have a flat price per visit, based on the size of your home and how often you want us to come. Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning are charged by the hour. We confirm the price with you before your first cleaning.

Recurring service

There are no long-term contracts. You can change the frequency of a recurring service or cancel it at any time by letting us know.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the cleaning price.

Access to your home

Please make sure we can get in at the scheduled time, and tell us in advance about keys, alarm codes, parking and pets. If our team arrives and can't get in, a fee of 50% of the cleaning price applies.

Payment

Payment is due when we finish the cleaning. We accept cash, check, Zelle and Venmo.

Our re-clean guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the way we cleaned your home, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you.

Insurance

We are bonded, licensed and insured.

Text messages (SMS)

When you check the consent box on our estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from Sonia's Cleaning Services about your request and your cleanings, such as confirmations, reminders and arrival updates. Marketing messages are sent only if you also opt in to them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. For help, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
